Cincinnati fire crews perform 11 water rescues in less than 2 days

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Cincinnati fire officials said Tuesday afternoon they have performed 11 water rescues in less than two days since Sunday due to flooding of the Ohio River and its tributaries.
Most of those rescues were avoidable, Lt. Collin Grove tells FOX19 NOW.
Most calls were for people who drove into floodwater, said they were unaware of the flooding, or woke up to find their home submerged, he said.
